She's also madly counting the sleeps till the movie is released. Stephanie Meyers has a fabulous website, have you seen it - http://www.stepheniemeyer.comCherylhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06852627440431592040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3252631446964204919.post-29949958999781473892008-09-04T12:53:00.000-07:002008-09-04T12:53:00.000-07:00Hi Diane, As we continue to live more and more in ...Hi Diane,

As we continue to live more and more in their territory, unlike other animals, the coyote has adapted too well to us. They are increasing in numbers, not decreasing. They are smart and cunning, and they’ll find a way through your fence to get to your pet if you aren’t careful. You might want to get your pet a “body guard” so you don’t have to watch him all the time. Fear of injury keeps the coyote from taking on a larger dog and they’ll avoid your house then.

Can you tell the difference between thunderhead clouds and regular clouds? Thunderheads are fluffy on top and flat on the bottom. I can see it in your picture. We routinely get storms like that in the afternoon here in Reno, NV. But this summer has been nothing but hot, dry and smoky because of all the fires in Northern CA. It’s really put a damper on my hiking into lakes to fish. But that’s OK. As you noted, fall is coming. As the weather cools, the fish feel the change coming on and “beef up” for the winter. The best fishing is still to come.

My great-great-great-great Grandfather, Noah Gordon, and Abraham Lincoln’s father, Thomas Lincoln, were good friends. They moved together from Kentucky to Indiana and from Indiana to Illinois. That dates back to the early 1800’s. Your heirloom probably doesn’t go back quite that far (3greats to 4), but I would guess around 1850 or a little before. How well do you know you family’s history?

Take Care
GaryAlpenaSDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03546834837895195862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3252631446964204919.post-58895167600248414432008-09-02T10:01:00.000-07:002008-09-02T10:01:00.000-07:00HI Diane,Thanks for visiting my blog. They are scarey when you hear them at night.
Hopefully I'll get to meet you at market.
SharonRed Geranium Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02439570019692400042noreply@blogger.com
